This 90-minute private session offers a deeply restorative space to support your body, breath, and energetic field.
We begin with 15 minutes of gentle preparation to ground and settle your system. This is followed by a 60-minute transmission where nothing is required of you, simply be present and open to receiving. You will lay down with your eyes closed for the transmission. We close with 15 minutes of integration to help anchor and process the experience.
This session is designed to support nervous system regulation, energetic flow, and deeper connection to your natural state of ease and balance.

Please lightly fast for 2-3 hours before your session and avoid caffeine the day of. You are welcome to drink cacao beforehand if it feels aligned for you, honoring your own ceremonial practice.
